  • Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion independently or with other team members
  • Creative writing and able to edit copy for social media posts, service descriptions, and other marketing materials
  • Experience in XiaoHongShu platform would be a plus
  • Conduct market research and analyse social media trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Manage social media channels, monitor and respond to online conversations as well as consumer comments
  • Work closely and brainstorm the latest social media best practices and come up with outofthebox campaigns
  • Analyse social media presences, including digital advertising spent, and consumer feedback to provide report on performance and recommendation
  • Able to take on other marketing tasks given
  • Provide customer support via social media

Salary:
Up to RM4,000.00 per month
