Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisals program.
  • Identify, examine, and assess the training needs for all employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct training for employees in specific job scopes and ensure employees benefit from the training.
  • Assist employees in the process of improving or enhancing their existing skills.
  • Ensure that the company is in compliance with relevant legislation and general labor law compliance and issues.
  • Evaluate and oversee existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Take on special projects and assignments as requested.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A proactive and positive approach

Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
