JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To perform front desk duty. Attend to all incoming calls & divert message promptly.
  • Ensure all guest / client are welcomed and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • To perform clerical task and administrative duties such as monitoring runner duties, google review and check office mail box.
  • Maintaining proper administration files. (filling, scanning& record keeping).
  • Compiling, maintaining & updating the firm's records and database.
  • Assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents and in liaising with clients and relevant authorities.
  • Handling any other administrative duties assigned from time to time by the firm.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Diploma holder or equivalent;
  • Below 35 years of age;
  • Possesses a good and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Teamplayer, diligent and have a good working attitude;
  • Capable of working in a fastpaced environment;
  • Computer literate;
  • Good command of Malay & English;
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
  • Possess own transport;
  • Able to start immediately.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
