Requirements:

Education: SPM/STPM qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome

Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer calls professionally.
  • Manage hotel/meeting room reservations.
  • Assist with admin tasks and data entry.

Job Types:
Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month
