Front Office Assistant

Key Roles:
- Handles Front Desk operations such as handling arrivals, check-ins (Registration) and departures for check-outs (Cashiering) of all the hotel guests.
- Responding promptly to all guests' requests, enquiries and complaints.
- Collect payments and handle different forms of payments (cash, debit card, credit card, virtual credit card, etc).
- They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors.
- Attend to the guest needs when needed to.
- Work closely with housekeeping team to communicate clean and dirty rooms.
- Work closely with maintenance to report room issues.
Requirements:
- SPM/ STPM / Diploma with at least 1 year experience of Front Office hospitality industry.
- Shift work schedules
- Flexibility to work during Public Holiday and anytime required by operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
