Assistant Manager, HR Rewards

Job Purpose:
As the Assistant Manager, Rewards & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and advising on compensation, benefits, rewards management, and HR operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these areas are aligned with approved policies and guidelines, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits: Lead the design and delivery of employee salary structures and benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- HR Policy & Procedure: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to support business, legal, and statutory requirements.
- Rewards Management: Develop and implement a reward management framework to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports to management, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
- HR Operations: Oversee timely administration of payroll operations and internal benefits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Subject Matter Expert: Act as a focal point to provide advice on updated HR benefits and policies, keeping stakeholders informed and satisfied.
Qualifications & Relevant Experience:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Management, Human Resource, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 57 years of HR generalist experience at divisional level, with exposure to business strategy.
- Indepth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Policies, and Rewards preferred.
- Experience in developing and implementing new policies/benefits is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
