ATM Trading (M) Sdn Bhd is leading supplier for copiers, having been in operations for more than 27 years is seeking an
GENERAL CLERK. We are an authorized dealer for Lexmark, Toshiba, Sharp photocopiers, consumables and spare parts, providing copier rental, sales and services for brand new photocopier.

Besides that, providing maintenance and repair refurbished photocopier machines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To handle admin duties:

  • To handle all matters pertaining to stock (e.g. stock take, receive stock, keep stock and monitor stock movements)
  • To handle general duties i.e. filing, attend to phone calls and enquiries
  • To prepare monthly parts and machine stock report
  • Relief and assist in checking machines and preparation of Delivery Order and Invoice when required.
  • To perform all other duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • SPM
  • Prefered Male
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills and good filling system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills,energetic and friendly.
  • Training will be provided
Able to start

Min Salary Rm1800

Max Salary Rm2000
