Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments for Managing Director
  • Make travel arrangements and handling for Visa
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Devise and maintain office filling system
  • Any adhoc tasks as per required by the Managing Director

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Office Management / Business Development / Secretarial
  • Minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Extensive experience in creating documents using MS Office
  • Possess own driving license.

Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
