Personal Assistant to Managing Director

- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments for Managing Director
- Make travel arrangements and handling for Visa
- Take dictation and minutes
- Devise and maintain office filling system
- Any adhoc tasks as per required by the Managing Director
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Office Management / Business Development / Secretarial
- Minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Extensive experience in creating documents using MS Office
- Possess own driving license.
Salary:
RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Setapak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
