- 準備財務報告並協助預算流程。
- 核對銀行對帳單並確保財務記錄的準確性。
- 協助準備和歸檔公司文件和報告。

要求:
- 對辦公室管理系統和程序有基本的了解。
- 熟悉印表機、掃描器等辦公設備。
- 熟練使用 MS Office(尤其是 MS Excel 和 MS PowerPoint)。
- 對會計原理有基本的了解。
- 良好的時間管理技能和決定工作優先順序的能力。
- 注重細節和解決問題的能力。
- 較強的書面和口頭溝通能力。
- 至少擁有工商管理、會計或相關領域的 SPM、證書或文憑。
- 透過電話和電子郵件與客戶打交道的優秀溝通技巧。
