  • Work within established routines, methods and procedures, exercise discretion and maintain confidential information
  • Support and assist team leaders and agents/ solicitors in managing the caseload
  • Prepare submissions by reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and perusing correspondence, reports and legal documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analysing information.
  • Liaise between case officers and clients to pass through documents and information
  • Incoming client telephone enquiries, and scheduling of initial consultations

From RM2,800.00 per month
