Job Description:

  • To assist and feedback to Property Manager on preparation of documentation and records
  • Assist in overseeing the day to day the property operational matters
  • Coordinates with clients and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
  • To attend and assist any meeting and discussion including committee meeting, AGM/EGM
  • Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management

Requirements:

  • Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Strata Management Act 2013, Strata Management Regulation 2015 & Building bylaws will be an advantage
  • At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field.
  • Good command in written and communication skills at all level particularly in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Words, Excel
  • Possess own transport

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
