The Country Brand Lead (CBL) is a strategic role responsible for driving the growth and market presence of Pfizer's Specialty Care (HBU, RD) portfolio.

The CBL will navigate the complexities of the healthcare system, leveraging Omnichannel and Pfizer's Modern Marketing strategies to achieve ambitious business objectives.

The CBL is also tasked with co-orchestrating strategies and tactical plans to facilitate the introduction of transformative therapies such as ATTR CM and DMD Gene therapy while maintaining the Mild-Moderate Antibiotics portfolio of Pfizer, ensuring alignment with healthcare policies and market access paradigm.- Manage all aspects including launch, setting local vision/brand direction, execution, and coordinating cross-functional needs to strengthen the presence of Pfizer treatments in the healthcare professional (HCP) community and public for designated brands.- Maintain updated identification, mapping, and segmentation of key stakeholders. Drive brand growth to achieve and surpass a revenue target for HBU Antibiotics & Rare Diseases portfolio through strategic planning and execution of brand initiatives Defend and grow market share of brands, transitioning to new launches- Lead shaping initiatives to develop government line budget for ATTR-CM while executing market shaping activities to enhance the adoption of ATTR CM, Co-Lead & manage external interaction (stakeholder strategy, relationship management, and development of innovative partnerships) with relevant stakeholders including Academia, for multiple market (if needed)- Assess feasibility and potential of DMD Gene therapy in MY for mid term launch, collaborating closely with Policy and Market Access teams.- Lead Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives in partnership with the Ministry of Health or other governmental bodies to promote responsible use of antimicrobials and prepare for pandemic contingencies, including advocating for government stockpiling of vital antibiotics in anticipation of Respiratory Infections- Assess, defend/grow Specialty Care marketing TAs, as and when required.
