Job Scope


A Brand Partnership Lead plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strategic alliances that can help a company expand its reach, enhance its brand image, and achieve its marketing and business goals through collaborative efforts with other entities.

It requires a strong understanding of marketing, negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute creative brand and partnership initiatives that support overall business priorities.
  • Develop effective strategies for user acquisition, engagement and conversion objectives on the platform through the different channels including setting measurable objectives, creating strategies, driving tactical execution, and measuring ROI
  • Test, learn and iterate in new and existing channels to achieve ambitious customer growth target
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to conceptualize initiatives and activations
  • Build brand visibility and thought leadership and continue to find new ways to reach target audience at large

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for conveying partnership proposals and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Experience in managing partnership projects from initiation to execution, including coordinating crossfunctional teams, is often required
  • Nice to have:
  • Strong network of contacts in the ecommerce and retail industry, including potential brand partners.
  • Strong negotiation and dealmaking skills are crucial for building successful partnerships.
  • The ability to analyse data and market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and assess their effectiveness is important.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, marketing tools, and data analytics software can be beneficial.
