Key Responsibilities:


  • Familiar in QUICKBOOK SOFTWARE
  • Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and accounts payable & maintain copies of payment vouchers, invoices, correspondences, and other financial documents.
  • Processing of sales invoices
  • Perform daytoday finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions, which include analyzing and reconciling ledgers, expenditures, revenue and etc;
  • Handle full set of accounts for several clients, which shall include performing data entries/ bookkeeping using accounting software.
  • Work closely with different departments as part of the process
  • Perform adhoc work assigned by the management may assign from time to time

Specific Knowledge:


  • Proficient and efficient in MS Office (Word, Exec & PowerPoint) and can operate a computer well.

  • Motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time (multi task), in any work environment.
  • Have an organized work attitude, a high level of discipline, integrity and smart time management.

Salary:
From RM2,500.00 per month
