Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the credit control process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, payment agreements, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and update customer information.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to the credit control team and management regarding outstanding debts and collection efforts.
  • Support the development and implementation of credit control strategies to optimize payment collection and reduce credit risk.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. A degree or certification in finance or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interactions with clients and team members.
  • Detailoriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and other relevant tools.
  • Prior experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
