THE OPPORTUNITY
Our partner, an Australian insurance investment and distribution group with a diverse portfolio of businesses and a national footprint headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland, is expanding its team and looking for a Policy Administrator


As a Policy Administrator, you'll provide administration support to our sales and service operation, focusing on progressing quotes from the client's online channel.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Entering customers and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Process and assist with customer inquiries via our online channels
  • Transfer data into our policy system to generate quotes
  • Contribute to a culture of compliance but meeting data handling requirements.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • At least 13 years of administration/data entry experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in working for Australian support is a plus
  • Experience working within Insurance or professional services is highly regarded but not required.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
