  • Working days & hours: Monday-Saturday (08.00am04.30pm).

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Production Manager in monitor Mass Production by Job Docket (Order) in process.
  • To assist Production Manager for manpower arrangement at production line in proper arrangement based on layout processing and number of manpower setup in machine.
  • To provide a proper training to the Production Leader and workers in production processing based on product requirement and based on capability or capacity machine setup.
  • To ensure lead the Production Leaders and workers in machine setup.
  • To ensure lead production in monitoring production Output and Target to achieve production output.
  • To ensure implement workers working based on setup Work Instruction (WI) in production floor and ensure no substandard working method.
  • To ensure control mistake in process and avoid rejection in production processing.
  • To ensure workers following company rule in disciplinary issue.
  • To ensure Production Supervisor following the scheduling given and run the production based on schedule providing.
  • To ensure lead the production team to care and improve quality control in production processing to avoid any loses and high rate of rejection.
  • To ensure Daily Production Report shall be report by on time and submit into related department for next further action.
  • To assist store in monthly and yearly stock check in stock check implementation.
  • To ensure following the Master Maintenance service schedule to ensure machine are maintaining monitoring and avoid any breakdown machine.
  • To ensure monitor Machine Operator to care the machine tools.
  • To ensure Machine Operator following and implement the Preventive Maintenance to ensure the machine can be function effectively.
  • To required and implement the house keeping on production area to maintain the cleaning purpose.
  • To update report to Production Manager on related issue.
  • To update report to Production Manager regarding on performance of production and discuss about the problem solving and improvement purpose.
  • To assist Monitor and control the breakdown issue to ensure and avoid any loses and unnecessary cost/ nonvalue.
  • To implement concept of refurbish old machine to repair and re use, for saving purpose
  • To ensure understand on Work Instruction given for specific Work.
  • To ensure give training to the workers the right method for machine setup, implement training for all new workers based on (WI) work instruction.
  • You are required to perform other task stipulate by department head

Salary:

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
