Sales Officer Responsibilities:
(Local & Export) Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. Calling / meeting potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases. Answering / replying to customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. Responsible to uphold excellent customer service level, efficiently manage order entry function and follow-up order confirmation, execute & follow-upon customers' order change requests. Document and track issues that require further investigation and follow through on any unresolved enquiries within promised time frame. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience. Product development of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs. Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options. Analysing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as instructed from time to time.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office. Working knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage. Preferably able to communicate and write in English and Chinese.

Self-starter with positive attitude, highly responsible and dependable, demonstrated ability in multitasking, organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast paced and dynamic working environment.

Able to posses own transport and able to travel for business purpose.
