Create and maintain document control for the projects

  • Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
  • Manage the whole spectrum of document filing, archives, record and issuance for project document are properly maintained in accordance with quality requirements to ensure all documents have no errors/mistakes
  • Help to preparation and assist hod/project manager in some general work
  • Provide assistant in all site administrative works, in charge in office utilities and supplies
  • Monitor and record all site staffs related issues include record staff attendance report
  • Assist project teams communicate with headquarters communication, documentation, and coordinator in general issue

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 23 years' of relevant experience as administrative, preferred in construction industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Engineering/Science/Business in Management
  • Required language (s): Malay, English & Mandarin (as this position need to liaise with parties from China)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, detailoriented, good time management and analytical
  • Able to understand local standards and code of practice by ensuring the site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
