About Us:

Summary:


In this role, you'll work closely with the Strategy and Partnerships Manager to structure and implement supply chain financing programs that help drive growth and improve cash flow for client companies.

This role is a mix of strategist and implementer and reports to the Strategy, Partnerships, and Regional Expansion team.

Roles/Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Actively support the strategic sales and partnership team on field opportunity engagements with a laser focus on partner value creation and customer deal conversion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners / customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention
  • Manage the operational aspects of onboarding with a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
  • Identify process automation and optimization opportunities with a focus on Fintech scalability and driving significant growth
  • Cocreate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and implement proper lead management processes, metrics and guidelines
  • Conduct desktop market research and onthefield surveys for product feedback and enhancements
  • Maintain data integrity within partner / customer records in systems

  • Experience building and managing teams to obtain top performance in class or at work
  • The ability to comprehend complex financing concepts quickly and a willingness to selfacquire knowledge of products
  • An upcoming dealmaker attitude who is commercially minded and drives KPIs / OKRs / Values
  • A datadriven personality with a strong analytical and project management skills
  • Well versed in managing partnerships, with a customerfocused mindset and an understanding of developing partnerships once they have been formed
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to present work to internal and external stakeholders, with a high attention to detail
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with strong interest in offering innovative financing solutions
  • Hardworking, smart work ethic, and flexibility in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • You share our values and work in accordance with those values
  • Experience in the B2B area is an advantage
  • Multilingualism (business knowledge) is a plus
