Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting/finance functions, responsible in handling full set accounts and manage the day to day financial and accounting operations
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other regulatory bodies.
  • To perform full spectrum of Human Resources & Admin functions and familiar with statutory legislation (Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, etc.)
  • To performoffice general clerical duties.
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good analytical skills and logical thinking.

  • Responsible, discrete and able to handle confidential information.
  • Fluent in
    Mandarin and
    English (spoken & written).
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office, Good understanding of accounting principles, Accounting Software, Google Sheets, Google Drive.

工作内容:
1. 帐务处理,管理日常财务和会计业务。

2. 零用金及银行帐户管理。

3. 负责人事管理,处理EPF,SOCSO,EIS,PCB 等。

4. 负责行政庶务。

5. 处理主管所交办的其他事项。

要求条件:

  • Diploma/Degree以上学历,会计学相关科系。
2. 至少5年以上会计管理相关经验。

3. 逻辑好, 细心, 有责任心,乐于认真学习。

4. 懂得以中文会话。

5. 熟悉Excel, google 试算表, google 云端。

6. 精通会计软件

RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
