Assist in bi-yearly vendor reassessment for IMS compliance in June and December.

  • Match and verify documents for invoices before submission to finance.
  • Maintain a filing s
- ystem for both softcopy and hardcopy purchase orders and related documents.

  • Perform Oracle job functions for Procurement department.
  • Provide crossfunctional support to other Buyers in different site locations.
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness and maintenance according to company's housekeeping policy.
  • Monitor Customs documents and certificates for compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience;
    fresh graduates welcome

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), with strong skills in Pivot Tables and Excel formulas.

Initial 1-year contract position, with potential for permanent conversion based on job needs

Must have personal transportation and be willing to occasionally travel to plant locations

Work schedule: 5.5 days per week

Must be willing to work in Senai.

RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
