Responsibilities:
- All Admin-related enquiries or requests, both internal and external, will be supported.
- Maintain client digital and electronic records.
- Identify client, do reference checks, and issue client contracts to aid in the contract process.
- Schedule meetings, events and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general Project Management activity.
- Key-in daily record related to Project Management
- Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time by superior.
Qualification
- Currently enrolled in a Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Bussiness Admin or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- An ability to priorities and manage expectations
- A keen eye for detail
- An ability to work independently
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Have good knowledge regarding Computer and IT
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
