EXECUTIVE FINANCE,

FOR FOODLE ROLE SUMMARY:
1.

Manage day to day operation of the finance department and ensure smooth running of all financial aspects of the Company.

2. Maintain accurate financial records for reporting purposes. Implement appropriate and adequate internal control system and ensure business processes in place. 3. To support the overall activities of accounts.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To run daily finance accounts operations

KEY INTERFACES:
INTERNAL Finance Team EXTERNAL Vendor, Agent KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Able to prepare full set account. 2.

To support AP activities such as invoice entry, preparing vouchers, upkeep master data, to perform supplier reconciliation and bank reconciliation on monthly basis.

3.

Perform timely closing of months end accounts Coordinate and liase with other departments on accounting matters and resolve queries / problems that arise.

4. Assist in daily operations of accounting operations. 5.

Assist in implement and ensure compliance to accounting policies, standard operating procedures and improvement or the financial systems and controls.

6. Arranging and completing yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required. 7.

Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.

8. Responsible for timely SST submission and ensuring payments are made to the relevant authority within the deadline. 9. Assist in preparing ad hoc accounting projects, as assigned by management. 10. As and when required by the Management and any relevant Ad-Hoc / Admin Task. 11. Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial analysis as required by Management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS 1. At least 2-3 years of experience in the related field Executives with specializing in Finance
  • General Accounting / Cost Accounting or Equivalent.

Experience in SAP System COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE: 1. Communication 2. Analytical 3. Negotiation 4. Problem-Solving 5. Proactive 6. Performance-drive EDUCATION REQUIREMENT 1.

Minimum qualification Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related discipline, with partial professional qualification of ACCA, CPA, CA, MIA, CIA, or equivalent.
