Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g., record sick leave, annual leave and etc)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, new hire guides and etc.
  • Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues.
  • Assist in Recruitment.
  • Responsible for tracking staff's leave (sick leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, emergency leave and etc).

Requirements:

  • At least 1 of working experience in related field.
  • Must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Human resource, management, business or related field.
  • Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work in a team and individually.

Salary range:
RM 1600-RM2500(Depending on working experience)

Benefits:
Bonus, Annual Leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Allowances

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
