Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office supplies management, administration job

ie:
purchase request

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Make travel bookings.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately keyin the data.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
  • Expense monitoring/analysis and identify areas for cost improvement/savings.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Any adhoc task that may assigned by the superior/management.

Requirement and Skills:

  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level verbal & written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Able to communicate in
    Mandarin is advantage as need to liaise with China/Taiwan stakeholders.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
