Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via online chat.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring proper resolution and satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through product features and functionalities to enhance their understanding and usage.
  • Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and documentation in the company's systems.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Strive to meet individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on products and processes

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
