Course delivery typically includes a variety of blended formats, on demand, e-learning and classroom training, including lecture and lab exercises.

Curriculum content will vary based on audience.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers, designs, authors or edits advanced level e[1]learning, webbased, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences including employees, enduser customers, partners, resellers, distributors or systems integrators.
  • Helps establish and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
  • Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations or decisions
  • Manages a large or complex development program or set of training programs and mentors junior staff members per the established policies and procedures.
  • Viewed as an expert on training and development research, learning and motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques that ensure optimal level of training delivery initiatives

Education & Experience:

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience

RM5, RM15,000.00 per month
