Position:
PURCHASING OFFICER


Responsibility:

  • Assists the Purchasing Manager in material sourcing, payment terms and pricing negotiation.
  • Processes and generates purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other purchasingrelated documents to customers.
  • Performs supplier benchmarking and price comparison analysis to ensure goods and services engaged are of acceptable quality and at a reasonable cost.
  • Follows up with the suppliers on the delivery status and updates respective parties on the status.
  • Attend to the situations such as shortage of allocation, quality issues, late deliveries and other issues related to the supplier.
  • Maintains systematic filling or recording for smooth data retrieving and is in compliance with ISO certification requirements.

Requirement:

  • SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or any other fields
years working experience

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is preferred

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month
