Job Description:
- 1. Handle, distribute and compile incoming and outgoing correspondence between branch and head office.
- Update daily booking report and registration report in timely manner.
- Update monthly sales registration report in timely manner.
- Update daily collection report to Accounts Department.
- Prepare payment voucher for supplier's payment, staff reimbursement claim or petty cash claim to Accounts Department.
- Establish good rapport with suppliers and body builders.
- Registration of all vehicles.
- Prepare sales invoices for all vehicles.
- Prepare invoice(s) to bank or credit company for disbursement of hire purchase payment.
- Prepare paperwork for MYEG and JPJ ownership transfer.
- Prepare insurance cover and road tax. As well for renewal.
- Prepare Delivery Orders for all vehicles.
- Keep record of all vehicles purchases and relevant documents.
- Undertake other administrative support duties as assigned
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
