So what will you be doing?

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling and coordinating to ensure project milestones and objectives are met
  • Serve as a liaison to facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and external vendors.
  • Assist in resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, as required for project execution
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor project expenses to ensure financial objectives are met
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, reporting them to senior management, and assisting in the development of mitigation and resolution strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, plans, and reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools by providing feedback and suggestions
  • Keep records of necessary customer and team interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the setout timeline.

We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,

  • Required language: English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarinspeaking vendors.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or any other relevant field.
  • 1 years of working experience in project coordination or management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with personnel from various levels.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently under pressure.
  • Attentive to details to maintain high level of accuracy.
  • Willing to travel occassionally to client sites or other company locations.
  • Able to join within short period of notice will be an added advantage.
