Property Management Area Manager

Monitor and manage 5 to 7 sites in the Klang Valley:

  • Expectation is for half day per week to be spend at respective sites
  • Keep track of site KPIs collections, expenditure, maintenance work done, resident and tenant complaints, manage expectations of JMC/MC/owners, performance of building manager, renewal of licenses, insurance
  • Attend monthly meetings which may be after office hours
  • Take close interest in disputes involving developer, the tribunal or possible legal action
  • Prepare for and administrate AGM and EGM
  • Prioritize and focus on potential red flags before they escalate
