Business Admin Intern

Perform daily accounting data and filling Sales invoice, Delivery order, Purchase Requests, Purchases order, Purchase invoice & Good Receive Note & Payment Voucher.
- Update debtor and creditor payment.
- Update daily sales amount.
- Control plant office petty cash.
- Issue company expenses.
- Foreign worker salary computation.
- Responsible in administrative task.
- Assist on stockcount and stock reconciliation.
- Assist in adhoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good clear communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationship with people at all levels.
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic, selfmotivated, confident and outgoing.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
- Must have own transportation
