My client involved in perfumed based industry involved in distribution,sales and retail operations with over 50 outlets through out Peninsula Malaysia.
In line with further expansion,we are highly seeking energetic and competent HR personnel to join our growing team. Ideal HR person will develop ideal and competent working team.Job title:
HuMAN Resource Manager
Reports to :
General Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with company Senior Management Team to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
- Direct and manage all recruitment and hiring activities for the company
- Plan and manage the learning and development activities of all employees in the company
- Manage the monthly payroll, statutory contribution and payroll report
- Continuously educate employees on company and keep employee handbook current
- Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc
- Coordinate and manage the Performance Management System for all employees
- Monitor employee's progress and stay abreast on company climate's and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
- Coordinate and direct work activities along with the managers/supervisors for all employees
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers/supervisors and employees are properly connected
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
- Any other task(s) deemed fit assigned by the immediate report or person assigned by the immediate report
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR at management level
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes: - Positive attitude
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS and Payroll system
Salary:
RM7, RM7,500.00 per month
