  • Manage day to day HR related inquiries and provide guidance to employees, questions ranging from inquiries over benefits.
  • Ensure all HR related policies and procedures are adhered to and align with the Group HR policies and procedure. Highlights for review and updates as and when required
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
  • Maintenance of internal database.
  • Perform all HR related adhoc duties from time to time or as per assigned.
  • In charge of payroll calculation and coordination.
  • Preparing HR reports required.
  • Update all leave reports.
  • To prepare appointment letters.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Previous in E-Commerce/Digital Fields will be added advantages
  • Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently with less supervisory
  • Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Initiative, proactive & positive work attitude
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and government requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Good communication and negotiation skill

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
