**行政管理**
- 提供日常行政服务支持
- 管理公司行政文件

**职位要求与技能**:

- 拥有人力资源主管或类似的职位经验
- 至少2-3年相关领域经验
- 人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的学位
- 具有IT招聘经验
- 熟悉劳动法(特别是工作合同、员工休假和保险)
- 能够同时处理多项任务、自信并具备出色的沟通能力

**Responsibilities**:
**Human resources**
- Implement performance review procedures
- Develop HR policies
- Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing and selection, to offering, preparation, and administering the signing of contracts
- On-boarding and Off-boarding process
- Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and record, payroll verification, contract expiry and etc
- Knowledge of labor rules and regulations
- Any others ad-hoc duties as when assigned by the superior or management

**Administrative management**
- Provide daily administrative service support for the company
- Responsible for the management of the company's administrative documents.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant field experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with IT recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Ability in multitasking, confidence, and have excellent communicaition skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
