**; Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and also contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
