JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Must be physically fit
  • Must able to work on shift basis and on public holiday.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibility

KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Control all the work processes and contribute to good management of P&L.
  • Inventory control of nonmerchandise items, stationeries and printing forms. Perform ordering to replenish the insufficient stock.
  • Manage and ensure good condition of assets, equipment and systems.
  • Monitor and escort the appointed contractor on carrying out the job given.
  • Conduct the Opening & Closing of the Mall. Check the report on daily basis and propose countermeasure.
  • Manage the Mall key movement. Keep a proper record on handover / takeover of the specific key.
  • Monitor and maintain the Mall cleanliness. Liaise with the cleaning contractor, waste collector, pest controller, and audit the result expected.
  • Monitor and manage the condition of public facilities in terms of functionality, arrangement and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with HQ Admin on procedures of claiming insurance, service contract, Online Purchase.
  • Liaise with FMD Staffs on any maintenance issues.
  • Assist Promotion dept. preparing materials of promotion and exhibition.
  • Others task assigned from the respective superiors.
