ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS & DEVELOPMENT


The Assistant Manager shall report to the Manager on all matters related to the development status and schedule of each project.


To follow up and ensure the progress of new project development of the company and liaise with customers, mold makers, material and child parts supplier to meet the project requirement as scheduled.

To follow the procedure, process flow and documentation according to TS16949/QS 9000 requirement during the project development e.g. APQP, FMEA, PPAP etc.

To hold responsibilities pertaining to department's functions and objectives.

To initiate value added and value engineering (VA/VE) activities with the latest material and process technology.

To supervise and monitor the subordinates project activities and ensure they are at utmost technical capabilities.

To involve in assisting Business Development Department in preparing the quotation and proposal.

To ensure good 5'S practice housekeeping activities and promoting a safe and orderly working environment.

To conduct internal training program to subordinates for operational and job performance improvement.

Other tasks as determined by the Management.

Responsible as a Project Leader for development project.

To conduct presentation with new customer during new project when necessary

To attend all customer/supplier inguiries complaints, vendor briefing and involve in vendor improvement activities.

To liase with government agencies and related association on business opportunities and marketing strategies and new technology.

To follow up on all outstanding debt from customers and to ensure its collection from time to time.

Participate on any related exhibition to explore new market, customer, technologies and industries.

To propose new product to customer and to enhance our current product to be more value-added.

Other tasks as determined by the Management.

Conduct daily Asaaichi on weekdays

To conduct internal training (12 hours/year)

Job Types:

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
