- Supervise installation and postinstallation service and maintenance
- Onsite setup and configuring modem or router gateway and wireless for internet
- Engage in cabling or wiring for internal or external
- Communicate, interact and entertain customer's questions in a polite and professional manner
- Detect possible signal interferences and understand internet device needs
- Optimize the WiFi signal by recommending the router placement and solutions to increase signal strength and coverage
(Sales + Customer Service)
- Identify sales opportunities
- Promoting company product
- Identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
- Solving customer problems and complaints.
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
