Role - Representative & single point of contact for all new demands/project requirements Responsibilities - Acknowledge the demand received and initiate the first level of requirement understanding with the business - Setting up BRD walkthrough sessions involving all stakeholders & subsequent follow up calls to ensure clarity of the requirement - Ensure Resource Allocation with respective Domain Lead for SME involvement (inclusive Infra and Security) - Get the BRD sign-off with business - Weekly progress & alignment calls by PPO Governance with PPO Delivery Planning.

- Build & Maintain strong relationships with customer & proactively address any issues or concern - Present Service Delivery updates in Weekly governance call - Escalate potential risks/issues

  • All issues to be monitored till BRD Sign Off
  • Maintain Service Delivery tracker and keep it updated on sharepoint.
  • Collate TPMO Efforts Utilization, Resource availability & get it approved from Digi Governance
  • SLA Management for Projects
  • Resource hirings for the AD team
  • Induction to New Hires Skills
  • Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Strong written & spoken communication
  • Telco experience & have basic functional knowledge
  • Good understanding of ITSM
