Role and Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship and
Stakeholder Management:
Maintaining positive relationships with business by Initiating important partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Service Management: Monitoring and managing IT Operations functions to ensure optimal service. They are also responsible for maintaining high performance levels for service related.
- Incident Management: Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for postincident reviews.
- Process Improvement: Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery. They are to design, implement, and improve the IT service delivery processes and continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Budget Management: Managing finances and budgets for IT Services
- Project Management: Identifying a project's scope and all the necessary requirements. Responding to problems and determining the next course of action.
- Governance and Reporting: Design and maintain Service Reporting and Analytics; coordinate with Business IT audit in relation to IT Services
Qualifications
Education:
A relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields with a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT Operations.
Certifications:
ITIL, PMP, ISO, COBIT, CMMI, etc
Salary:
RM8, RM15,000.00 per month
