Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the endtoend delivery of services to clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
  • Lead a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular service reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in service delivery management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering services within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and service delivery methodologies.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
  • Experience in the IT services industry is a plus.
