Role and Responsibilities:

  • 1) Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Establish departmental accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations, and retention.
  • Create systems and processes for HR strategies using 3rd party softwares.
  • 2) Talent Acquisition and Retention:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • 3) HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring all procedures adhere to legal and company standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest labor law changes and ensure the company's compliance.
  • 4) Performance Management:
  • Design and implement a performance review protocol that emphasizes both accountability and high performance.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
  • Work closely with department heads to monitor performances of staffs and recommend appropriate incentives or disincentives.
  • 5) Employee Relations:
  • Manage complex employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive working environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
  • 6) Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs, develop and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Promote continuous learning at all levels.
  • 7) Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • 8) Succession Planning:
  • Develop and execute a robust succession planning process for key leadership and critical roles.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the logistics or transport / supply chain industry.
  • Proven experience in labor law, HR best practices, and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and execution skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM4, RM10,000.00 per month
