Guest Check-in and Check-out: Welcome guests upon arrival, process their check-in by collecting necessary information, issuing room keys, and providing relevant hotel information.

During check-out, handle payment settlements and bid farewell to guests.

  • Guest Assistance: Be the first point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Provide helpful information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service to address any guest issues or complaints, aiming to resolve problems and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a secure environment by monitoring the lobby and public areas. Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency situations if required.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately, adhering to the hotel's financial procedures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing guest information.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
