As an Ecommerce & Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our company to grow our online sales channels and social media accounts.

This position involves managing our brand portfolios to increase online presence and sales through creative methods such as content creation, live streaming and good customer service.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create engaging digital marketing media for our online channels and social media platforms.
  • Assist in executing effective ecommerce marketing campaigns to meet revenue growth and high brand presence throughout all digital channels.
  • Live hosting during special online events on our online platforms.
  • Assist in optimizing product listings and content on various ecommerce and social media platforms such as SHOPEE, LAZADA, TIKTOK & XHS.
  • Assist in updating sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, inventory levels and etc.
  • Create high quality and engaging visuals including, video contents, promotional campaign banners and product images.
  • Ensure content made are always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.

COMPETENCY:

  • Experience in video production or photography.
  • Live streaming and hosting experience is preferred.
  • Creative and familiar with social media video editing tools, picture and posters editing tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, Canva or any other).
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing funneling model.
  • Proficiency in 3 languages: English, Chinese, and Malay is preferred.
  • Interns are welcomed to apply.

  • Analytic and result oriented person.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill
  • Self-Motivated and a Team Player.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
