- To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- To supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
- To provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
JOB EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years related experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving ability
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
