Admin Assistant

Job Description(s):
- 1.0 To assist in day to day of HR functions and duties (Recruitment process, Employee Induction, Attendance Management System and Leave Management) for Branch
2.0 To collect daily workers (local and outsource) overtime and attendance and summarize into monthly attendance report and distribute to relevant party and HR Department on timely basis.
3.0 To assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Attendance, absences, overtime, leaves, etc.)
4.0 To assist to monitor the foreign workers related matters including management of hostel and liaise with local authorities.
5.0 To handle day to day general office administrative task at office such as filing, typing, copying, answering calls, scanning etc.
6.0 **Work days would be from Monday to Friday**. Saturday on standby (half day).
Job Requirement(s):
- 1.0 Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree;
2.0 Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience ; and
3.0 Able to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
