Assists on design interactive programs for company-related events for festivals, birthday celebration, and etc
- Handling purchase documents such as quotations
- Upkeeping of training records and report creations
- Assist on sourcing for external training when required by superior
- Assist on recruitment sources
- Handling general administrative tasks within the HR department
- Assists in office maintenance, stationery & monthly refreshment
- Update internal employee databases, data entry, filling HR documents
- Support in any ad-hoc HR/Admin initiatives
**Requirement**
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good team player and keen learner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Responsibility, Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new ideas
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
