Primary Job Functions:

  • Respond promptly to all incoming communication channels.
  • Address customer needs efficiently, offering solutions or alternatives.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through dedicated service.
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy of customer information.
  • Achieve both personal and team targets effectively.
  • Manage diverse inquiries within specified timeframes.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information and exceptional service consistently.
  • Document interactions meticulously and report trends to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

REQUIRE TO SPEAK IN MANDARIN OR CANTONESE:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet targets and work efficiently in a team.

RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
